Singer Adele was left awkwardly laughing after Trevor Noah made an awkward gaff during the 65th Annual Grammy Awards in LA on Sunday Night.
The Hello singer, 34, could be seen feigning laughter as host Trevor Noah made a comment about singing in the shower and thinking he sounds like the award winning singer.
As he hosted the 65th annual awards, Trevor said: "I sing in the shower, you sing in the shower but the only difference is you sound like Adele."
Viewers watching the music awards show did not let the awkward gag go unmissed and were quick to criticise on social media.

One viewer tweeted: "Adele fake laughing at Trevor Noah"
Another added: "Trevor noah has the lamest lines ever ‘i sing in the shower you singn in the shower the only difference is you sound like adele’ what".
"“i sing in the shower and think i sound like adele. but you really sound like adele!” trevor why would you say that to literally adele you sound so dumb," said a third.
In another moment on the night, Trevor Noah linked up Adele with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, after the singer had previously claimed that she "would actually cry" if she met the action hero actor.

During the opening ceremony, Trevor said: "The person that Adele has always wanted to meet is Dwayne Johnson. I found out he’s a huge fan of yours, too."
Adele appeared to be excited in response, before Trevor told the Hello hitmaker that he didn’t have Dwayne "here tonight", but he did have "someone called The Rock" with him.
As she was introduced to Dwayne, Adele jumped up to hug the actor and kiss him on the cheek.
In a previous interview, Adele had revealed she's a fan of The Rock after loving wrestling when she was younger. She said: "I was the biggest wrestling fan when I was younger.
"He's amazing. He's just incredible. I just want him to be my mate. I want him to be my friend."

Jokes towards Adele weren't the only pointed jibes from Trevor Noah on the night either. The comedian mocked the Duke of Sussex’s admission that he had suffered a "frost bitten penis", which he had included in his autobiography Spare at the end of last year.
The cheeky quip came as Trevor introduced British comedian and presenter James Corden to the stage. Introducing James to the audience, Trevor said: "James Corden is a 12-time Emmy winner and the host of The Late Late Show. He's also living proof that a man can move from London to LA and not tell everyone about his frost-bitten penis."
Viewers of the award ceremony took to social media to discuss the joke, with one person exclaiming: "I bet Harry wasn’t expecting that!"
Another said: "A lot of people missed Trevor Noah's Prince Harry diss and it was funny too."
